The specific scope, fee, schedule, and terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between F1RST Construction and the client. These Terms do not modify or override any executed contract.

Submission of a project inquiry through our contact form does not constitute a contractual commitment by either party. F1RST Construction evaluates all inquiries and responds at its discretion. A binding engagement requires a fully executed written agreement.

Access to the Client Portal is granted to authorized owners and representatives on active F1RST Construction projects. Portal users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Portal access may be revoked at the conclusion of a project or upon breach of these Terms.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of F1RST Construction and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Project documentation accessible through the Client Portal remains the property of the respective project owner subject to the terms of the governing contract.

F1RST Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Project-related liability is governed solely by the terms of the executed construction agreement between F1RST Construction and the client.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless F1RST Construction, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their misuse of this website or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which F1RST Construction is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
