Project Engineer
The starting point for engineering graduates. Manages submittals, RFIs, drawing coordination, and field documentation under project manager guidance.
Assistant Project Manager
Manages scopes, subcontractors, and cost items with increasing independence. Begins owning project components and client-facing communication.
Project Manager
Owns full project execution — cost, schedule, contracts, quality, and client relationship. The central accountability point for delivery.
Superintendent
Directs all field operations, trade coordination, production sequencing, and site safety enforcement. The field counterpart to the PM.
Estimator
Develops conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates grounded in market data and historical cost intelligence.
Project Coordinator
Tracks permits, inspections, submittals, and administrative workflows that keep the project documentation engine running.
Administrative Support
Manages contracts, documentation workflows, pay applications, and office operations that support project teams.
Safety Manager
Develops and enforces site-specific safety programs, OSHA compliance, and the zero-tolerance safety culture.
Construction Executive
Senior leadership overseeing multiple projects, client strategy, business development, and firm-wide delivery standards.
