Your walk fee is an investment. If you choose to move forward with F1RST Construction after the final estimate is delivered, the full site walk fee is credited toward your overall project fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 48+ hours beforeReschedule at no charge or cancel for a full refund.
- 24–48 hours beforeReschedule one time at no charge; cancellations receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hoursFee is non-refundable to cover mobilized field time. Weather or access delays excepted.
- No-showFee is forfeited; a new booking is required to reschedule.
